Affiliate disclosure

Guide to XRP is free to read and funded by affiliate commission. When you follow a link to an exchange from this site and open an account, the exchange may pay us a referral fee. You pay nothing extra, and the price you get is the same as if you had gone there directly.

Which links are affiliate links

Every outbound exchange link on this site — the buttons on comparison tables, exchange pages and buying guides — passes through our /redirect handler and should be assumed to be an affiliate link. They carry rel="nofollow sponsored" so search engines treat them correctly. Links to documentation, news sources and the XRP Ledger's own resources are not monetised.

How this affects rankings

It does not. Exchange rankings are produced by arithmetic described on our how it works page: for the amount you enter, we subtract deposit fees, trading fees and spread, and order the results by how much XRP you would receive. An exchange that pays us nothing will outrank one that pays us well if it is cheaper for you, and exchanges we earn nothing from are still listed.

We also do not accept payment for reviews, editorial coverage or placement in a "recommended" slot, and no exchange sees our content before it is published.

Why we tell you this

Because a comparison you cannot audit is worthless. Knowing how we are paid lets you judge our incentives, and it is required of us anyway under advertising rules in the countries we serve.

Not financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. XRP is a volatile asset and you can lose money buying it. We publish data and explanations; the decision is yours. See our disclaimer and terms.
